Steiner Binoculars, Germany, is now offering a 8x30 Porro Prism and
8x22 and 10x26 Pocket, Roof Prism Binoculars in their Entry Level,
Safari Pro Line. The Steiner Safari Pro binoculars feature a bold
design, but it's the performance underpinnings that deliver the
comfortable view. The German optics company has re-introduced its
popular Safari line as the "Safari Pro", adding internal and
external features to all three models.
The most notable performance enhancements include longer eye-relief
(eye to binocular distance) and an improved, ergonomic focus wheel to
the two pocket sized compacts. All models feature a more durable
chassis and robust outer armoring that is durable and comfortable too.
The Safari Pro 8x30 is housed in a rugged Makrolon, armored and
shockproof body that offers a one time adjustment automatic focusing system from approximately 20 yds. to infinity. These
